Pricing Plans

Q: What's the difference between Basic 150 and Basic 500?

Both Basic plans provide the same features—the difference is in how many sales data pulls are included each month:

PlanMonthly PricePulls Included
Basic 150$19/mo150 pulls/month
Basic 500$49/mo500 pulls/month

Choose Basic 150 if you're tracking a smaller number of events, or Basic 500 if you need more frequent access to sales data.

Q: Is there a free trial?

Yes, Basic 150, Basic 500, and Pro all come with a free trial.

Q: What if I want to upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade at any time:

  • Basic 150 → Basic 500: Get more monthly pulls at a better per-pull rate
  • Basic 150 or 500 → Pro: Get unlimited pulls and additional features

To upgrade, click "View Pricing / Upgrade" in the sidebar and select your new plan. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not incur any charges.

Q: Under the Basic Plans, what is a sales data pull?

A sales data pull is a request for event sales data, where you click on an event after searching and 1 or more sales are returned. Further requests for the same event within 10 minutes of a sales data pull will not be counted against your total.

Under Basic plans, you can still search as much as you'd like without incurring additional cost.

Q: Under the Basic Plans, will I be able to view my usage?

Yes. A live usage summary is viewable in the left sidebar, showing how many pulls you've used and how many remain in your current billing period.

Q: Under the Basic Plans, do unused pulls roll over to the next month?

No. Unused pulls do not roll over—to receive the full benefit of your Basic plan, use your allocated pulls within each billing period.

Q: What happens if I use all my pulls before the end of the month?

Once you've used all your monthly pulls, you'll need to wait until your next billing period for your allocation to reset, or upgrade to a higher plan (Basic 500 or Pro) for more access.

Q: Does SeatData offer API access?

Operations

Q: Do the prices shown include fees?

No, all prices displayed in SeatData are before fees. These are the base ticket prices without any marketplace fees, service charges, or delivery fees that may be added during checkout.

Q: Why do some sales show a quantity of 0?

A quantity of 0 indicates our system was unable to determine the exact quantity for that transaction. The sale itself is still valid and verified.

For more information about our data collection methods, see our Sales Data Collection Methodology page.

Q: How is the data obtained?

For a detailed explanation of our data collection methods and coverage, please see our Sales Data Collection Methodology page.

Q: How are the Recent Activity Levels determined?

Recent Activity Levels are calculated as follows:

Activity LevelCriteria
Low2 sales or less in the last 3 days
Medium3-8 sales in the last 3 days
High9+ sales or more in the last 3 days

These metrics are updated once per hour.

Q: How fast are sales added to SeatData after they occur?

SeatData is actively monitoring over 50,000 events and the speed that we are able to log sales transactions depends on how active the markets are.

The most active events are reviewed every 10 minutes while the least active may be reviewed once ever 4 hours.

Q: How often are events added?

New events are added throughout the day.
